A showcase site with pages, sections and a blog can be built with a framework and a simple CMS. What you lose: the visual editor where you move blocks with the mouse, ready-made animations and hosting with no setup. Build me a showcase site that a non-technical person can edit, without claiming to replace Framer. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, content in Markdown and JSON files in the repository, hosted on my server or on a static host. To do: - Pages made of reusable sections (header, text and image, gallery, real testimonials only, contact form). - Blog in Markdown with optimised images, SEO tags and sitemap. - Contact form with spam protection and sending by email (configurable SMTP). - A simple password-protected editing interface to change the texts and images, without touching code. - Consent banner if audience measurement is added; fonts hosted on the site. - Page-generation tests; README with the publishing procedure. Out of scope: drag-and-drop visual editor, advanced animations.
