Build me a CRM and loyalty campaigns for a restaurant, for my venue, to replace a subscription. Stack: web app (Next.js or Node/Express) with SQLite, hosted on my small server, usable on phone and computer. No mandatory paid service, no telemetry. Core of the tool: - Customer file with consent, segments (regulars, new, inactive) and visit history. - Email campaigns with templates and scheduling, open and click statistics. - Simple loyalty offers with a code to show at service. Requirements: - GDPR: explicit consent at collection (unticked box, clear wording), unsubscribe link in every message, export and deletion of a customer on request, configurable retention period. - Honest reviews: every customer receives the same invitation, with no prior sorting by satisfaction, and no reward is tied to a positive review. The review platforms' rules apply. - Emails sent through a configurable SMTP server, with rate limiting; no scraping of the review platforms. - Simple dashboard: invitations sent, clicks, evolution over time. Out of scope: SMS campaigns and loyalty cards on the customer's phone. README: installation, SMTP configuration, GDPR reminder (purposes, legal basis, retention) and a reminder that links to the review platforms are entered by hand.
