French software for paying and managing supplier invoices: dematerialisation, approval, payment, cards, budget tracking, accounting sync and chasing of customer invoices. Reads Factur-X invoices and works with SÉRÈS, which the vendor describes as a platform approved by the State. Free quote by appointment, no public price.
The approval circuit for purchase invoices (receive, check, get approved) can be coded. The hard point is payment: initiating transfers on behalf of a company is the business of a licensed payment service provider, and e-invoicing goes through an approved platform. No custom application has that status. You can automate approval, not payment or the regulated exchange of invoices.
