Henrri
Free invoicing software from the company Rivalis: unlimited quotes, invoices and credit notes, payment tracking and reminders, bank reconciliation and online payment. Premium tiers (Henrri Pro, Expert and VIP+) exist for more specialized needs.
The software is already free and unlimited, so there is little to gain by rebuilding it: you would only swap a free tool for time spent maintaining your own. The real question is dependence on a free service whose business model comes from its paid tiers. Keep your data exportable and revisit only if the tool changes its terms or does not keep up with the e-invoicing reform (calendar to check on the official texts).
What you lose
- A free tool that is maintained and kept compliant by the vendor
- Bank reconciliation and online payment
- Automatic payment reminders
Existing alternatives to Henrri
- DolibarrOpen source
Free ERP and CRM (GPL): quotes, invoices, customers and products, self-hostable. Does not do online filing or ready-made bank synchronization.
