Google Workspace Business Starter
Google Workspace entry plan: business email, Meet video conferencing, Drive storage and collaborative documents.
You can host video rooms (Jitsi) and a document cloud (Nextcloud), but not business email that reliably reaches the inbox, nor the collaborative suite that lets everyone open your files without friction. At €6.80/month/user, the saving does not justify the time or the risk. Partly replaceable, but only out of conviction (sovereignty, data in France), not to save money.
What you lose
- A business mailbox that arrives safely.
- Real-time editing of documents with several people.
- A worldwide network for video calls, phone numbers and webinars.
- Google's account administration and security.
- Support and compliance.
